Wow Me Wednesdays!

11 Jan

For months before I got brave and started my own blog, I would lurk around and grab inspiration from some of the other amazing bloggers out there.

Each week, I will share the things that jumped out and wowed me over the last seven days. I refuse to set a number of how many, because I don’t like restrictions.

So, without further delay here is the first installment of Wow me Wednesday. (In no particular order)

1. Ruffled Crib Skirt Tutorial @ Positively Splendid

Love the colors. The whole nursery is really a beautiful space. I wonder if I can make one for my bed.

2. Pizza Blanca @ Living Lux … But Lighter

Not only does this look delicious, it is also from a dear friend of mine on her NEW blog. Can’t wait to try it!

3. Organizing with leftover containers @ I Am Momma – Hear Me Roar

I’ll admit, I’m a sucker for organized. And cheap. Not sure which I love more.

4. Paint Chip Quatrefoil Art @ The Crafty Scientist

Love the color schemes. Love that this can be done for NO cost. Fantastic! She also has a wonderful wreath project that I love.

5. Crochet Earwarmer/Headband @ Projects Around the House

Let’s add this to the already 1005 reasons I need to learn to crochet. Maybe I could get a certain sister – in – law to make me one. 🙂

6. Mitten Pocket Shirt @ My Own Road

Little miss Ava would LOVE this. She always wants pockets to hide her “treasures” in.

7. Anthro Inspired Knotted Quilt @ Classy Clutter

I have had this same Antrhopologie quilt on my Pintrest board for a while now. I love that someone has come up with a tutorial so I can actually redo my existing duvet. Now, what color should I do? Orange? White? Chocolate brown?

And last but not least:

Anthro knock-off Flutter Curtains @ KoJo Designs

Can you guess what she made these fantastic curtains from?

Sheets! Genius.

I also love the pillows. Awesome space.

Do you have any favorite projects this week?

I’m sure that could be arranged! I saved the patterns already 😉

Orange. The choice, of course, is orange.

Aw, Jacki, thanks!! I should probably get into photography, too, because all the other blog photos are positively gorgeous! Especially love the curtains and the quilt. Thanks for sharing ~
